This video will show you how to fix a persistent sign-in error on your cell phone. BT is planning a large scale upgrade to Wakefield's email platform, and this requires some remedial work on cell phones to ensure they keep downloading email. This video assumes you have a company provided Samsung S7, and that your phone is running the same version of Android as the demo phone. If it isn't, the steps remain the same, but some of the menus and buttons might look slightly different. If you haven't seen this problem on your phone yet, then you will experience it at some point in the coming weeks when your mailbox is migrated to the new platform.
