UK authorities said to suspect 3rd Russian operative in Skripal poisoning

British security services say they have identified a third Russian intelligence operative who is believed to have carried out a reconnaissance mission before the attempted murder by poisoning of Russian spy Sergei Skripal in Salisbury in March. The man was not named in the report.
