This parody nails what every 'Hot Ones' episode is like

Who doesn't love Hot Ones? The show which makes celebrities eat extremely hot chicken wings is an internet favourite, but maybe in all that spiciness you've skipped over the clichés.

YouTuber Scott Cramer has compiled a bunch of these tropes in a video, where he pulls off quite the impersonation of host Sean Evans (and his gestures), plus the inevitable struggle that each guest goes through as they slowly incinerate.

Oh, and make sure you stay for the conspiracy theory about the last dab at the end. Just glorious.
