Leading cardiologists say aortic stenosis could be solved with a non-invasive procedure called Transcatheter Aortic Valve Implantation or TAVI, which scraps the need for an open heart surgery. The surgery has been around for the last 10 years and it involves inserting a valve through a large blood vessel in the groin and then travels up to the heart where it's implanted.
