Every year the Virginia Hispanic Chamber of Commerce holds a festival called the Que Pasa Festival. In 2018 they decided they wanted to bring the community together by attempting to break the world record for the most pinatas on display at one time. Well, they did exactly that. This is a short documentary film about how that came to be.
