As a traditional seaport and commercial hub for more than 8 centuries, Hamburg was designated as the venue for 2019 Rotary International Convention from 1st of June to 5th of June. Twenty-five thousand Rotarians from all over the world joined the event. Rotary International focuses on the spirit of dedication. Rotarians immerse themselves social service. One of the human rights promoting act calling for stopping forced organ harvesting at the convention caught the attention of international participants. TAICOT was invited to the Convention to share their experiences in curtailing illegal overseas organ transplants through amending legislation. They presented research data and results to show the truthfulness of the forced organ harvesting by the Chinese Communist party, and the measures we took in response. Stunned by the current situation of illegal organ transplants in China, around 500 Rotarians around the world signed a petition during the past few days, endorsing further actions to stop organ trafficking such as promoting legislation.
