Girl 'kicks swan' on camera as police chief issues appeal to track her down

Superintendent Andy Cox, of the Metropolitan Police, has issued an appeal to track down the youths after the 'awful' animal cruelty. Around ten youngsters were involved in the shocking incident in Limehouse, East London, on Friday.
