Several updates were made to Kent State's TV2 "Simplicity" design for the fall 2020 semester, including a new opening sequence for the newscasts. The "single-shot" animation uses TV2's color palette to simulate sunrises and other effects. The new opens can be paired with a custom luma matte that animates-off the video by expanding the logo outward.
