The Petroleum Dealers Association's president tells TV6 News that when the oil refinery is back up and running, it must operate efficiently to ensure the supply of fuel to gas stations. And he also says the association is offering its own proposal to make the delivery of fuel to its members more efficient, as it has set up a cooperative society with the intent of being another wholesaler like NP and Unipet.
