Props: Each practice please have as many of the following props as possible 2 blocks, 1 blanket, 1 yoga strap, 1 bolster, 1 chair This class series will also have the usage of an optional resistance band. The size needed for this class will be one for around the thighs. Strength Focus: Glutes, Hips/Thighs (Adductors & Abductors), Shoulder (Retraction & Protraction) Key Poses: Clam shells, Chair, Goddess, Half Moon Two Balance Intention: Strength & Stability Series #2; Intention is about balancing inward and outward by focusing on the breath. Off the mat = What are some outward items that cause distractions from you tuning inward more often? Examples social media or news. Can you find quiet time to focus on your breath each day?
