The final message of the "Focus On Action" series "Focus On The Good" is a reminder that we must focus on the good that we are invited to do in the world. Finding good in troubled times can often be difficult to find. The presence of the Holy Spirit helps to give us clarity and hope. When we speak of the touch of God it is a more spiritual connection with God. The perception and reality of touch as a powerful force that can be used for evil or for good. It is difficult yet necessary conversation to have with our children about good and bad touch. The woman in today’s scripture knew that touching Jesus would forever change her life. Paul was a survivor and he outwitted, outplayed, and outlasted his enemies with God’s help and guidance. He did this by tapping into the Holy Spirit who empowered him with the necessary skills to become an overcomer and an influencer under God’s authority. Paul and the woman in today’s scripture focused on the good, goodness, and good news of God’s message.
