The Good News 360 Conference enables professional development for church leaders through networking and Bible teaching that encourages them in the challenges, responsibilities, and privileges of church ministry. 2021 Conference Theme This year’s theme is “Every local church as a college classroom”. We will be learning and examining from nine keynote speakers. How to equip Biblical leaders to change the community through your local church with solid foundational study resources that work alongside your church’s existing leadership development pathway. Christian education is an important part of a church’s ministry. Our Lord included it as an integral part of the Great Commission. (Matt. 28:19, 20) The early church made Bible teaching part of its core ministries. (Acts 2:42; 5:42). Teaching is one of the spiritual gifts given to people in the church (Rom. 12:7; 1 Cor. 12:28). Paul carried on an active teaching ministry. (Acts 11:26; 18:11). One of the qualifications of a pastor is that he must be “able to teach” (1 Tim. 3:2). He instructed Timothy to take what others had taught him and “commit these to faithful men who will be able to teach others also” (2 Tim. 2:2). The New Testament portrays the important role of Christian education in a local church. The nation is a reflection of the home; the home is a reflection of the church; the church is a reflection of its leadership. The church today is crying for a revival. May the revival begin in the pulpits of our land which will affect the church, influence the home, effect the inhabitants. Do not allow immorality in their own lives, much less in the lives of their leaders. “Watch out, leaders! You are influencing more than you ever imagined.”
