Philippine President Rodrigo Duterte tried to silence another prominent critic this week with the arrest of Senator Antonio Trillanes. After the President revoked a pardon granted to Mr. Trillanes for 2003 and 2007 coup attempts, a court issued a warrant on Tuesday.
