The Nahmias Cipher Report has over 254K Facebook followers and is an online media platform specifically developed to provide student journalists with the opportunity to build their internet profile and portfolio of writing. These students write about news and commentary from diverse perspectives about global affairs, the environment, culture, society, religion, human rights, and women's equality. TNCR student journalists through their writing, inform readers of unreported stories. Students bring their expertise, first-hand experience, and expertise of the world they are inheriting. Specific areas of focus are Africa, Asia, the Middle East, and the Americas through reporting on climate change, children’s rights, and issues facing people in countries with emerging economies. We at TNCR challenge readers to move beyond the standard reporting purveyed by most media.
