Between Lent and the Public Health crisis, there is a lot of waiting going on -- waiting for information, waiting for the end of isolation, waiting as self discipline, waiting sacrificially for the good of others. We at Richmond Catholic Theatre created this festival to give creatives a platform to tell human stories about making meaning out of the waiting. All qualified applicants will be awarded a financial grant, amount to be determined. In the spirit of solidarity, all creatives will receive the same amount from a grant fund. The fund is available for donors to contribute: www.richmondcatholictheatre.org. #ThroughFire Kataro or "Wait" in Aramaic. We are all in a moment of waiting. Waiting for information, waiting for the end of isolation, waiting to get back to something we recognize, waiting for good news and until today, waiting for Easter!
