The FOX31 Problem Solvers broke the news that the three officers involved in the altercation with Elijah McClain were placed on "non-enforcement" duties in the month of June. A spokesperson said this was done, in part, for safety reasons. Various officers and workers at City offices have received death threats or other disturbing comments.
