A quick taste of Dom and Nik on a breezy day here in North Canterbury. Greystone draws its name from the mix of fossils and limestones thrust up from the earth to form the hillside we call home. In 2000, the Thomas Family discovered this unique site and forged a vineyard from this ancient seabed. Each wine is a fleeting snapshot of a time and place; vines and soils are reflected in every bottle. A warm and dry vintage led to a Chardonnay with generous flavour and concentration. The palate is rich and toasty, with a textural finish.
